Xavier Sarras studied at the EBS University of Business and Law. He is an investor and founded 4P Captital. 4P Capital is an impact VC with data-driven operator investors and marketers. The mission is to build a global community of founders and investors who are creating a world that is more environmentally and socially resilient. 4P Capital invests in startups in pre-seed and seed rounds of €250,000 and €1,500,000.

Morten Ole Hünecken completed his Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in 2019. During his studies he was GM of Tradity. He also completed internships at Armira (PE) and UBS (IB). After his studies, he joined UBS in London as an analyst. Ole has been an Associate at Perella Weinberg Partners since 2021. He will give the participants insights into investment banking

Jessica Horn studied at the University of Mannheim and Imperial College. She gained practical experience in various companies, including KPMG, Venture Stars and Simon-Kucher & Partners, before joining BCG as a Consultant. Her outstanding performance at BCG led to a promotion to Consultant in just 2 years and she is now being sponsored by BCG to study for a PhD at the prestigious University of Cambridge. Jessica also works for the World Ecomonic Forum alongside her PhD

Thomas Wolff completed his Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Services in 2009. During his studies, he worked in various areas of Commerzbank and joined as an Associate after his Bachelor's degree. After working at VZ VermögensZentrum, an MBA at WHU and Scalable Capital, he started working at Vanguard. Thomas Wolff has been Head of Client Relations & Operations since the beginning of the year.

CEO, Punk Academy

Gerald Hörhan aka Investment Punk is a real estate investor, entrepreneur and bestselling author. Gerald Hörhan holds a Master's degree in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Havard University. After his studies, he joined JPMorgan Case in New York as an analyst. After a year, he moved to McKinsey. He then worked for the companies Qino, Pallas Capital and Danube Advisory GmbH. In 2015, he founded his company Investment Punk Academy and is still CEO of the company today. Investment Punk Academy is a leading online financial education platform in German-speaking countries.
